Thomas' Trip to NY

Thomas had a great time with his grandparents and Aunt Maureen and Uncle Enrico (and Taz and Lola) when he and Madden came up to go to Madden's 21st HS reunion. And, check out his new Warhol shirt from Maureen and Enrico - quite the fashionista (and it goes with the rest of his black and gold wardrobe).

The First Annual Tommy-Fest

We spent the week celebrating the arrival of Thomas. We hosted playgroup on Wed, had a day of parties on Sat and then had the gang over on Sunday night for dinner. He loves ice cream but is not too sure about cake quite yet. He is also a natural behind the wheel. Happy #1 Birthday Baby Thomas, now officially known as Tommy.

Pictures from School

Thomas' teacher, Ms. Ruby, sent us the pictures above. I almost fell out of my chair laughing when I saw the second one.

Welcome Gabriella Marie Gianella.

Thomas and Jack have a new (2nd?) Cousin. Gabriella was born on August 3, 2008 in Singapore, but Guppy and Heidi have made sure that she has already made it back to the US for the first Steelers home opener. We can't wait to meet her.

Fun in NY

We had a fun visit to the beach with Robin, Dennis and Ella Zee.

Thomas is getting closer to climbing out of his crib. Check out those teeth in the last photograph.

Happy Birthday Daddy!

We had a fun time celebrating Dad's b-day a few days early with some yummy red velvet cake. Terrance had to head off to Portland for his actual b-day for a conference. We hope he is having some fun and eating good fish (and getting some sleep), but also know that he is sad to be missing the All Star Game. Pap Pap Tom and Mr. Simpson have been left alone in NY to participate in all the events and so far have managed to stay out of trouble.

Here in Atlanta, we've had a fun balloon fight with grandma -- and t-ball, birthday party for Peyton, and a visit to Fernbank Museum to see the dinosaurs. So a busy weekend overall -but not as much fun as it would have been to be celebrating with daddy.

Happy Birthday Daddy, we miss you!
